Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British film and stage actress that became popular for her role in the BBC show "Doctor Who", a British science-fiction TV series. Gugu achieved a lot of fame by appearing in the role of Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of the major character Martha Jones, in the show. Gugu's audiences loved her bright energy and spontaneity. There was no way going back to her wonderful career in acting! She's also been in other British TV and stage productions. Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 in Livingston New Jersey. Handler was the first child born of three children in a big family. Handler was the child of a salesman and housewife. Her mother immigrated to America in the year 1958 in the form of an immigrant from Germany. After ten long years of fighting breast cancer, Handler died in 1989. Handler's dad is Jewish and she was raised up Reform Judaism. Handler was born into an area that was nice, and enjoyed a pleasant childhood. At the age of 19 Handler made the move to Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in acting. Handler began her career as an actress in order in order to help her. Handler began performing stand-up as a full-time comedian when she reached the age of 21. She realized she was gifted with story telling. Handler began her professional career being a part of the all-female Oxygen group, who starred in a TV show named Girls Behaving BADLY. The series was famous for its hidden camera as well as the practical joke. It was in air from 2002 to 2005. The handler was later employed in numerous other shows including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice as well as Weekends at D.L. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a period of time as a correspondent. Her breakthrough occurred in 2006, after she started hosting her own show on E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for a total of two seasons. Handler then followed up with doing a show on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour which was a tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend & HBO have broadcast Handler's standup performance. In 2010, it was announced that she was to host the MTV Video Music Awards 2010. The only woman to ever host VMAs, after Roseanne Bar.
