Storage Wars, also known as STORAGEWAR$ in the US is a reality-TV competition series that airs A&E. It was initially broadcast for twelve seasons, starting on the 1st of December, 2010, until January 30, 2019. The 13th season debuted on April 20, 2021.



 



 If the tenant is not able to pay rent on a storage unit for three months in California, the contents can be auctioned off by an auctioneer as a single lot of items under the form of an auction for cash only. The show is a showcase for professional buyers who go to storage locations across the state to bid on the lockers. Buyers are allowed to inspect each locker from the doorway for five minutes prior to the time it is put on auction. However, they may not enter or touch the locker.
